Based on these elements, interviews and observations were structured and applied to graduate math educators, graduates in mathematics in initial training and teachers in practice in the area of mathematics. 摘要

本研究旨在从数学知识问题化的角度,找出教师赋权的构成要素,以将信息和通信技术(ict)整合到数学教学中。本研究采用了多案例研究,并进行了文献回顾,交叉阅读了一系列文件,这些文件确定了教师赋权的特征及其与课堂上技术教学使用的关系。基于这些要素,访谈和观察被组织起来,并应用于研究生数学教育者、初学数学专业的毕业生和数学领域的实践教师。从访谈和应用于研究样本的非参与观察来看,发现存在分歧,特别是在技术资源的知识及其在教学和教学方面的使用方面;结论是,虽然技术被认为是支持教学和学习过程的工具,但有必要加强教学、教学和技术能力,作为教师赋权过程中的重要方面,特别是在职教师,在教学和教学方面使用技术。
