摘要

在焊接过程中,温度分布的影响对焊接构件的脆弱区域起着重要的作用。本研究旨在提供类似案例的数据,其中详细的比较评估为使用有限元方法设计基于坡口焊接过程中诱导温度变化的结构行为的组件提供必要的数据。有限元模拟通过整合ANSYS中瞬态条件下“移动热源”的概念,呈现了坡口焊接过程的真实场景。通过对不同支承法兰板厚度的焊接构件进行热模拟研究,评估其在诱导热载荷作用下的结构性能,实现了数值对比研究。从这些模拟中获得的数值解提供了必要的数据,有助于确定可行的设计方法,以增加在这种温度相关条件下焊接部件的寿命。
