Contrast-enhanced CT of the chest during present admission showed a mass lesion in the lower lobe of the right lung, which was diagnosed as large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the lung on histopathological examination. Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the lung in posttuberculosis cavity
