摘要

本文以墨西哥锡那罗亚州服务部门的中小型组织为研究对象,从情感、规范和连续性三个维度研究了认同与组织承诺的关系。采用相关分析和聚类分析的定量方法,对来自12家服务公司的147名员工进行了调查。研究结果表明:认同与组织承诺在三个维度上存在直接关系;然而,情感维度在上述关系中具有最大的优势。对样本进行聚类分析,将样本分为“更多认同与承诺”和“更少认同与承诺”两组,通过“t”检验发现,认同与组织承诺关系最大的群体是年龄较大、年龄较大、受教育程度较高的群体;因此,也可以确定年龄、资历和学校教育变量是该部门认同与组织承诺关系的良好预测因子。
