Tuvimos resultados con actividad inhibitoria y bactericida para Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sobrinus, Streptococcus sanguinis, Streptococcus salivarius y Lactobacillus paracasei. Se determinó EC50 de 7.42mg/mL en la actividad antioxidante.
