摘要

以菲律宾稻壳灰基水玻璃溶液为原料,通过沉淀(pH 2、pH 6)和煅烧(600℃、900℃)制备纳米二氧化硅粉体(NsSP)。表征结果表明,合成的NsSP中SiO2含量较高。在pH 2下得到的NsSP在900°C前的质量损失比在pH 6下得到的高~ 12%,oh和Si-OH键的强度也比在pH 6下得到的高。NsSP在900℃下煅烧去除Si-OH键,导致SiO2初生颗粒相对长大,但SiO2结构仍保持非晶态。pH值为2时获得的NsSP形态呈云状,pH值为6时获得的NsSP形态呈球状,且更明显。
