摘要

目的探讨行动研究法在护士质量控制圈(QCC)知识培训中的作用。方法自2018年8月至2018年10月,本研究采用方便抽样的方法,选取216名参加QCC培训的护士作为学习者。采用行动研究法对216名护士进行了三期QCC知识培训。通过理论测试对训练效果进行评价。结果护士培训三期后,理论成绩分别比培训前高出(84.64±4.91)、(90.23±4.23)和(94.28±3.11),差异有统计学意义(t=13.09、16.54、25.62;P<0.05)。关键词:护理人员;在职培训;行动研究方法;质量控制圈知识
