摘要

机器人机械手是一种不需要人为干预就能按照规范执行各种任务的机器。为了对柔性机械臂进行建模和控制,柔性机械臂的振动分析已成为一个重要的研究领域。采用有限元方法对先进复合材料制造的单连接和双连接柔性机械臂进行了分析。为了对多用途复合机械臂进行建模和研究,采用了三节点梁特征。考虑了锥形柔性复合机械臂的锥度角对最终产品效应器运动和振动的影响。本文利用CATIA V5对柔性单杆机械臂进行建模,进行静力结构分析,求出应力和总变形,进行动态分析,求出柔性单杆和双杆机械臂的不同模态、相应频率和寿命估算,并对结构钢采用不同的材料成分进行材料优化。铝和CFRP复合材料使用ANSYS WORKBENCH 18.2(有限元法)进行寿命估算,并采用解析法进行评估。
