摘要

将不同的维护方法与控制图的经济性设计相结合,是近年来备受研究者关注的问题。这些维护策略可以提高系统的可靠性。到目前为止,在x柱控制图的维护与经济设计的综合模型中,只有少数危害率固定或增加的失效分布被用作冲击模型。对于这种情况,一个适当的替代方案可能是伯尔分布,其中危险率具有一般形式。本文针对Burr XII冲击模型下x柱控制图的经济性设计,提出了一种采用预防性维修和不完全维修的综合模型。利用数值算例对所得到的综合模型进行了实现,并对其进行了灵敏度分析。结果表明,采用较高的维修水平可进一步降低质量周期单位时间的平均成本。灵敏度分析的结果也表明,我们提出的模型对Burr 12分布参数的错配不敏感。
