摘要

传统的上颌弓远端方法需要患者配合头套或弹力带,这对患者来说很尴尬。因此,许多口腔内手术已经提供,以减少患者的不适。在继续这样的努力,我们的目标是提出一个成功的方法单侧大面积远端使用微型钢板。采用侧位脑电图和牙模型对治疗效果进行评价。结果提示微型钢板是矫正单侧II类关系的有效方法。
