The main approaches to increase the investment attractiveness of the regions are outlined, including the most successful foreign experience in investment attractiveness was repaired. A review of the Russian experience of increasing the investment attractiveness of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is made. The investment factors of the development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are iden-tified.
