The relationships between circular saw blade structure, the dynamic stability of circular saw blades, and the heat tensioning process are clarified in this article. The results show that heat tensioning is not valid for all types of circular saw blades. For circular saw blades with external scrapers, the effect of heat tensioning on improving the critical rotation speed of the blades is gradually decreased with the number of external scrapers. 摘要

先前有学者提出并证明热张紧对改善理想圆盘结构圆锯片的动态稳定性是有效的。随着圆锯片结构的多样化,外刮刀圆锯片因其具有优异的抗锯切热应力性能而受到市场的广泛青睐。对于带外刮刀的圆锯片,热张力对叶片动态稳定性的影响有待进一步研究。因此,采用有限元法建立了外刮刀圆锯片的热张过程。计算和分析了不同结构圆锯片热张后的应力场和临界转速。阐明了圆锯片结构、圆锯片动态稳定性与热张过程之间的关系。结果表明,并非所有类型的圆锯片都适用热张紧。对于外刮刀圆锯片,热张紧对提高叶片临界转速的作用随着外刮刀数量的增加而逐渐降低。当圆锯片热张时,叶片外缘的平均切向应力和叶片的临界转速较高。
