The obtained physicochemical analysis of the data served as input for the multivariate analysis. The hеаt map, which is useful for visualizing numerical data, was used for this purpose. 摘要

本研究的目的是根据蜂蜜质量控制中使用多变量分析常规测量的物理化学参数,验证来自塞尔维亚共和国领土的单花蜂蜜的真实性。对来自塞尔维亚共和国领土的17个单花蜂蜜样品(11个阿拉伯树胶蜂蜜样品和6个向日葵蜂蜜样品)进行了分析。样品的理化分析包括基本质量参数的检测以及酚类化合物的定性和定量分析。在测试的样品中,共有93种酚类化合物被初步鉴定,其中19种被定量。所获得的数据的物理化学分析用作多变量分析的输入。hеаt图用于可视化数值数据。结果表明,应用该数据可以很好地分离金合欢和向日葵蜜。
