Therefore, their development proposals must contemplate not only aspects of educational nature,but also communicational ones. In this space, tolerance, assimilation and transculturality are also factors necessary and fundamental to take into account. For this purpose, it is necessary to understand that the multicultural phenomenon is changing and evolving permanently. All that leads us to propose an education which involves the living forces of the country and the urgent need to disregard the educational contents for the country, the region, the province and even the district in order to provide equity of opportunities to all Peruvians. 摘要
