Antibiotic resistance genes were predicted among which tmrB gene was on perfect hit. Plasmid of strain Miz-8 contains no prophage sequences and antibiotic resistance genes. Furthermore, there were several single nucleotide polymorphisms and 344 insertion-deletion polymorphisms.
