Besides, the distance analysis showed very low intraspecific divergence in C. incompleta sequences. \nResearch highlights: We report the presence of the zizyphus fruit fly in Spain for the first time. 摘要

研究目的:鉴定西班牙农民报告的一种新的红枣害虫。研究领域:伊比利亚半岛(西班牙)。材料和方法:根据线粒体细胞色素C氧化酶亚基I(COI)基因和该种鞘翅目昆虫的主要形态特征,包括角刚毛、中孔和顶端横带,对昆虫进行鉴定。主要结果:根据形态特征,将这些昆虫鉴定为不完全卡氏菌(Carpomya incompletea,Becker)(Diptera:Tephritidae),系统发育分析证实其具有94%以上的同一性。此外,距离分析表明,不完全C.序列的种内差异非常小。研究重点:我们报道了西班牙首次出现的紫蝇。这种存在已向安达卢西亚政府的外来入侵物种预警系统报告(西班牙)。
