Among these; Pseudomonas species Pseudomonas chengduensis and Pseudomonas taiwanesis showed resistance against 15 antibiotics. To prevent the occurrence and spread of meropenem-resistant bacteria in rivers, it is necessary to implement methods that can simultaneously kill multi-drug resistant bacteria and remove antibioticsfrom pharmaceutical industry effluent discharge. 摘要

本研究的目的是了解韩国首尔一家制药工业废水流入的Gumuncheon河中美罗培宁耐药细菌的季节性发生和种类多样性。在2018年冬季(1月)、春季(4月)、夏季(8月)、秋季(11月)对京畿道衿门川江进行了水样采集。水样一式三份,在含有16 mg/L美罗培南的胰大豆琼脂板上镀。分离出美罗培尼耐药菌,采用16S rRNA分析对其进行遗传鉴定。鉴定出的优势菌属为伊丽莎白菌属、假单胞菌属、黄杆菌属和窄养单胞菌属。在这些;成都假单胞菌和台湾假单胞菌对15种抗生素均有耐药性。为了防止美罗培宁耐药菌在河流中的发生和传播,有必要实施能同时杀灭多重耐药菌和去除制药工业废水中抗生素的方法。此外,为了阻止美罗培宁耐药细菌在环境中的传播,应严格评估污水排放水构成环境危害的风险。
