摘要

一个高质量的学习过程是一个基于评估结果的学习过程。对学习过程的评价之一是系统思维方法。本研究旨在用系统思维方法确定学习过程的制约因素,并确定解决问题的策略,以提高学习过程的质量。研究方法采用描述性定性方法和群体模型构建。研究结果表明,学习过程中的客观变量是学生的理解,更好地理解讲课材料的支持变量是讲师的创造力。
