The results showed a significant improvement in the basic dribbling technique after using VFB in futsal learning. Futsal learning activity using VFB is one of the strategies in Physical Education learning to optimize the classroom environment, improve basic techniques, increase competence, improve playing skills, and explore physical motor activities. It concludes that Video Feedback significantly improves student skills. The use of audiovisual media (video) also has a high level of effectiveness in the training or learning process and is essential for student learning to carry out the exercise material effectively in the learning process. 摘要

本研究的目的是通过视频反馈(VFB)在五人制足球学习中帮助提高五人制足球基本技术。研究方法采用一组前测后测设计的预实验方法。本研究是在一所大学进行的,具体是在体育、健康和娱乐研究项目中,以34名学生为样本。然后通过VFB接收样品反馈。测量基本技术的仪器是运球测试。结果表明,在五人制足球训练中使用VFB后,学生的基本运球技术有了明显的提高。利用VFB进行五人制足球学习活动,是优化课堂环境、提高基础技术、提高能力、提高比赛技巧、探索身体运动活动的体育学习策略之一。它的结论是,视频反馈显著提高了学生的技能。视听媒体(视频)的使用在训练或学习过程中也具有很高的有效性,对于学生在学习过程中有效地进行练习材料的学习至关重要。未来的研究有望使用VFB来确定学生的认知能力和五人制足球技巧。
