摘要

近红外近红外光谱和多元分析作为一种快速分析技术在定量商用利口酒(Aguardiente)中甲醇含量方面的应用,以确定这些利口酒是否超过标准中规定的甲醇限值。AOAC 972.11(100 mg/dm3)(AOAC 972.111973)。为此,在第一阶段,应用甲醇-乙醇-水(MDOE)三元混合物的设计,以减少变量之间的相关性效应,此外,还实现了多变量模型,该模型包括通过扩大在工艺条件下和商业化地点起作用的校准范围而重要的可变性。第二阶段与记录制备样品的近红外光谱相关,以获得数据矩阵,从中使用不同的算法开发多变量模型。结果表明,利用近红外光谱和构建的多变量模型,可以开发一种快速分析方法来定量Aguardiente样品中的甲醇,其中均方预测误差(RMSEP)为0.7766相关系数(R2)为0.9553。
