The results shof the meat gave no significant difference (P>0.05). 摘要

本研究旨在检测含椰子油和棕榈油的饲料对山羊肉品质的影响。使用了20只+1岁的山羊。饲料的配方为60:40%的饲料和浓缩物,其成分根据山羊的需要而定。该实验使用CRD,有5个处理和4个重复。处理为R0:基础饲料;R1是添加了0.5mL椰子油的基础饲料;R2是添加了1mL椰子油的基础饲料,R3是添加了0.5mL棕榈油的基础食物,R4是添加了1mg棕榈油的基本食物。饲养动物60天,然后屠宰牛以测量肉的质量。测量的变量为pH值、WHC、烹饪损失、含水量、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪。通过方差分析对获得的数据进行分析。结论山羊饲料中可补充椰子油和棕榈油至1mL。
