营养治疗是外科危重病人最重要的治疗措施之一,也是临床营养支持实践中的难点。近年来,外科危重病人的营养支持治疗在理论和实践上都取得了快速发展。在世界范围内完成了许多大规模、多中心的临床研究。在许多热点问题上形成了共识,并发布了相关指导意见。基于最新的循证医学成果,笔者对近年来外科危重病人营养治疗的热点和争议问题进行了总结和解读。关键词:危重症;手术;营养支持;肠外营养;肠内营养
