Healthcare professionals are particularly prone to high stress environments and, thus, are at an even greater risk for burnout. While lay recommendations for self-care are limited, hypnosisbased interventions open an alternative path to managing stress and minimizing the risk and impact of burnout. The speakers of the SCEH 2021 Presidential Symposium will discuss different approaches to using hypnosis for stress management, burnout reduction, and addressing related and relevant symptoms.
