Heart rate, respiratire rate, and rectal temperature changes in the MiE group were noticeably fluctuating, unlike the MeE group. There was a significant difference in the values of hematocrit, total protein, glucose, and cortisol between the two groups at some times. 摘要

目的-本研究的目的是评估依托咪酯作为狗的注射麻醉剂,并在用药前使用咪达唑仑和甲氨基酚。设计-实验研究。实验方法:将14只本地年轻母狗随机分为两组:咪达唑仑(0.5 mg/kg;MiE组)或甲氨基酚(20 mg/kg;MeE组)静脉滴注依托咪酯(2mg /kg)前5分钟。在记录麻醉计划时间的同时,测量两组患者在不同时间的一些生理和血液生化参数。结果:两组在诱导和恢复时间上均无明显差异。与MeE组不同,MiE组的心率、呼吸频率和直肠温度变化明显波动。两组患者的红细胞压积、总蛋白、葡萄糖和皮质醇值在某些时间有显著差异。与MiE组相比,MeE组ALT和AST活性在某些时候显著升高。结论及临床意义——在依咪咪酯诱导犬麻醉前肌注咪达唑仑等甲氨苄胺,在提供相似的麻醉和恢复时间的同时,对麻醉犬的心肺作用和血液生化变化最小。
