This article aims to analyze law enforcement against marine sand mining activities that conflict with the community in Lampung Province. This study uses normative and empirical juridical methods with a qualitative analysis model. The results showed that sea sand mining conflicts in Lampung Province occurred due to the processes of issuing sea sand mining permits that overlapped with the fishing zones. 摘要
