摘要
PT Pulau Sambu Guntong是一家从事种植业、工业和贸易的公司，将原材料加工成椰子油和棕榈油生产菌株。在原材料供应方面，公司从供应商处采购，公司有一个椰子种植园，只占种植面积的10%。因为它将出口到欧洲，然后出现了问题，因为在欧洲，标准设置得太高，ISO不应该被授予，必须进行改进。本研究旨在分析质量管理体系ISO 9001:2015的应用和要求。使用的分析工具是描述性分析。结果表明，该条款是适当的，符合目标，但存在一个适当但运行不优化的条款。因此，仍需不断改进，以实现最佳运行。
