As part of an innovation plan, the process of production data acquisition was restructured, by means of IT (Information Technology), into an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The introduction of an HMI panel made it possible to digitalize data acquisition and operation reporting to the ERP system. The digital transformation of the SME 4.0 company was modelled on the Industry 4.0 trend solutions. The specialized model, developed according to RAMI 4.0 (Reference Architecture Model Industry 4.0), effected change of a partial and local nature in the enterprise. The data is now entered directly into the production area by the employees on the technological line, once they have logged in to the ERP system. Access to digital production data obtained from a SSOT (single source of truth) benefited all those who used the ERP system. 摘要
