Abstract:
From the question of how the languages of poetry and protest operate, in a social and gender perspective, and what role the non-appropriation of their practices plays in the
public space, this work delves into the collective production of a series of writings citizens who, within the framework of the “estallido social”, express their desire for a new
Constitution for Chile. Specifically, it focuses on the (re)constitucion poetica’ volume from the contributions made by the writers Daniela Catrileo, Begona Ugalde and Elvira
Hernandez, who, along with adhering to the public demand, develop a critical view of the market model and authorship from the aesthetic regime of contemporary symbolic
productions that collectively discuss and dispute their right to speak.
