摘要

目的:评估初级卫生保健中与专业类别、卫生中心相关的患者安全环境的感知,以及之前参与国家提高初级卫生保健的可及性和质量计划的经验。方法:对圣保罗州内陆城市的119名卫生专业人员进行横断面研究,在2019年8月至2020年2月期间,使用巴西版的初级保健安全问卷。结果:安全氛围良好,沟通和领导力评价较好,工作量评价较差。健康中心在团队合作(p=0.0010)、工作量(p=0.0001)和总分(p=0.0185)方面存在差异。有参与改善计划经验的专业人员对气候有更好的感知。结论:不同专业类别对气候的感知没有差异,但不同健康中心对气候的认知不同。
