摘要

在江苏省印染废水集中处理中,面对印染行业对回用的高要求,反渗透(RO)工艺被常规用于废水回用。然而,膜浓缩物盐度高,色度高,成分复杂。臭氧氧化作为一种高效、清洁的高级氧化工艺,应用广泛,但也存在传质和催化效率差等问题。本文设计了一种新型的铝碳基金属掺杂复合臭氧催化剂,并构建了RO耦合多催化氧化法处理生物处理尾水。得到了催化剂用量为0.5 g L−1、臭氧浓度为5 mg L−1和30%H2O2用量为10 mg L−2的最佳工艺参数。经过长期的运行试验,联合工艺已被证明可以实现尾水的安全排放和循环利用,对外部水环境的生态风险较低。
