Bien que la fréquentation soit importante, de nombreux freins sont identifiés. Ils expliquent le non-recours à ce centre et notamment la présence de matrones dans les hameaux.</p></div><div><p>A privately-financed health center has been built in 2015 in the fokontany of Ampahantany, Madagascar. The centre is located in the main town of the district, to which six hamlets are attached. A midwife manages consultations and emergencies. Although attendance is high, a number of obstacles have been identified.
