摘要

脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)是镰刀菌产生的有毒次生代谢产物,主要感染谷物,给农业带来巨大的经济损失。生物降解由于其高效、特异、环保等优点,已成为一种很有前途的方法。本研究报告了通过在Luria Bertani(LB)和96孔板中厌氧培养从散养鸡的肠道中获得细菌群落YM-1的程序。YM-1在厌氧条件下,能在24小时内有效地将50μg/mL DON环氧化99.2%。在0.5μg/mL、1μg/mL或2μg/mL DON暴露下,猪肠上皮细胞系-J2(IPEC-J2)的生存能力显著受损。YM-1降解的DON产物主要由去环氧脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DOM-1)组成,对IPEC-J2细胞无毒。这些结果表明细菌群落YM-1作为DON去污剂在食品和饲料中的潜在用途。
