Presumably, the main active ingredients of the plant are homoisoflavanones, polysaccharides, saponins, and lectins. 黄精作为药用和军民两用植物分布在世界多个国家,其根茎在中国作为中药,也作为蔬菜、食品、功能食品或茶叶使用,已有2000多年的应用历史,功效精准,无毒副作用。然而,对其化学成分和药理作用的研究文献很少。臭椿有许多成分,包括甾体皂苷、异黄酮、异黄酮、类黄酮、生物碱、木质素、挥发油、多糖和凝集素。本文就香桐的历史、消费、化学成分类型以及在抗肿瘤、抗癌、抗氧化、延缓衰老、缓解疲劳和调节免疫等方面的药理作用等方面的最新进展进行了综述和讨论。据推测,这种植物的主要活性成分是同异黄酮、多糖、皂苷和凝集素。为今后其在功能食品和医药领域的开发利用提供参考。
