摘要
目的探讨将软组织模拟物植入硬质材料腕部替代物对腕部保护器冲击响应的影响。研究了保护器捆扎条件的影响。设计和方法:根据ISO 20320:2020中“腕部伸展限制”测试中规定的腕部几何形状,制作了符合要求的和刚性替代体。在每个假肢上测试了两种类型的手腕保护器(短的,长的),受到~ 31 J的冲击。测试了每种类型的6个保护器,每种保护器在每种绑扎条件下(松、中、紧)对每个代理(僵硬、柔顺)(24种组合)各有2个。给出了时间力与腕角的关系以及力与腕角的对比图。结果当保护器位于柔顺替代物上时,峰值冲击力降低55-68%(短3.1 vs. 6.8 kN,长2.7 vs. 8.3 kN)。达到该峰值力的时间比刚性替代剂长约4 ms(12%)。保护器绑带条件对僵硬的替身没有明显的影响,手腕在所有测试中都伸展到极限。将保护器绑得更紧,会降低腕部最大角度和峰值力。结论:由于结果对替代设计和绑带条件敏感,因此在未来的腕部保护器工作冲击测试中需要清楚地报告这两者,并对标准内的认证测试产生影响。
