Cluster analysis revealed that four Thailand samples (PT-31, PT-32, PT-48, and PT-49) two Indian samples (PT-28 and PT-29) and two Thailand samples, (PT-42 and PT-46) are genetically closer with less Euclidean distance of 0, whereas, PT-39 showed a maximum distance of 0.87.
