摘要

目的了解农村残疾老年人促进健康的生活方式水平,为卫生工作者和政府改善老年人的生活方式行为提供有益的对策。方法采用《普通问卷》和《促进健康生活方式调查表II》对446名残疾老年人进行调查。结果健康促进生活方式得分均值为109.73分(SD = 16.80),其中90.6%的残疾老年人存在不健康生活方式行为。每个子量表的平均得分包括:人际关系、压力管理、营养、自我实现、健康责任和体育活动。结论残疾老年人促进健康的生活方式有待改进;医护人员和政府应更加重视改善残疾老年人生活方式行为,促进其健康的对策。
