However, the study of tumor immune heterogeneity holds great potential for clinical immunotherapy. Liquid biopsy is a useful tool for accurately monitoring dynamic changes in tumor immune heterogeneity and the tumor microenvironment. This paper explores the heterogeneity of glioblastoma and the immune microenvironment, providing a therapeutic basis for individualized treatment.
