摘要

本研究以中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所选育的一株金银花(Lonicera edulis)优良菌株L1-8为材料。以其休眠枝的腋芽为外植体。设计了四因素四水平正交试验,以选择最佳分化培养基,为金银花微繁殖提供技术支持。结果表明,培养基和6-BA浓度是主要影响因素,最佳分化条件为MS培养基中含有2.0 mg·L−1 6-BA、0.3 mg·L−1 IBA和1.5 mg·L−1 GA3。
