摘要

研究了大鼠脊髓损伤后内质网伴侣蛋白ERp29的表达规律。与对照组相比,脊髓损伤1天后病变部位ERp29表达下调。ERp29的表达从损伤后第3天开始逐渐升高,并在第7天达到峰值。两种ER伴侣(GRP94和BiP)在脊髓损伤后第1天表现出持续的强表达水平,而另外两种ER伴侣(calnexin和PDI)的表达水平不变。ERp72在损伤1 d后表达量升高,随后逐渐降低。本研究提示,ERp29在创伤后脊髓中的表达可能与创伤后神经存活有关,发挥着分子伴侣的作用。
