Findings – Suzhi at the organizational level can be linked to the construct of OCB. In Chinese organizations, a relevant concept to OCB can be better understood as OOB to capture the sociopolitical and cultural context unique to Chinese organizations. The dimensional structure of OOB is presented to differentiate it from OCB which is popular in the Western context. 摘要

目的-本文的目的是研究中国本土的组织所有权行为(OOB)概念,作为员工自知的一个方面,与西方背景下的组织公民行为(OCB)有关。设计/方法论/方法-在回顾西方主流研究和中国国内文献的基础上进行内容分析。研究发现——组织层面的肃智可以与组织公民行为的构建相联系。在中国组织中,与组织公民行为相关的概念可以更好地理解为面向对象的行为,以捕捉中国组织独特的社会政治和文化背景。提出了面向对象行为的维度结构,以区别于西方流行的组织行为。研究局限/启示-确定的面向对象的结构为中国本土管理研究和人力资源管理(HRM)实践提供了重要的启示。OOB基于中国的管理实践,能够更好地符合中国的管理模式。
