摘要

摘要用9种重氮盐研究了胆红素水溶性光产物的重氮反应,选择了最适合测定血清胆红素的重氮盐。结果表明,3-硝基苯胺重氮盐比磺胺酸重氮盐更适合临床应用。该重氮盐不仅能与胆红素反应,还能与光产物反应,患者血清胆红素的反应在2 ~ 3min内完成。该重氮盐在荧光灯照射前后测量值的变化小于酶法或重氮磺胺法测量值的变化。
