By influencing the total of the private cars ownership, auto purchase limit policy, restrictions and congestion pricing policy control motor vehicle trips, reduce vehicle emissions, and balance automobile exhaust gas pollution problem. 摘要

交通堵塞是一个大问题,它影响人们的正常出行,并造成环境污染。绿色交通可以有效地解决交通问题。通过分析影响交通堵塞的因素,建立因果关系图,进而建立车流图。然后以深圳市为例,对城市绿色交通模型系统进行了仿真。结果表明,私家车保有量和机动车尾气排放量的增加是交通拥堵和环境污染的重要驱动因素。汽车限购政策、限行政策和拥堵收费政策通过影响私家车保有量,控制机动车出行,减少机动车排放,平衡汽车尾气污染问题。同时,采取新能源汽车补贴政策,倡导居民购买新能源汽车,完善公共交通基础设施,倡导人们乘坐公共交通车辆。
