摘要

2019冠状病毒病大流行期间的远程学习经验大大加快了俄罗斯高等教育数字化进程,并加强了向数字大学模式过渡的准备工作。然而,即使是那些成功地将远程技术应用到教育过程中的教育机构,也面临着如何有效管理整个远程学习系统的问题。该研究的目的是从主动管理系统方法论的角度确定俄罗斯大学远程学习的管理潜力。针对不同发展阶段的高等教育机构的远程学习系统模型已经创建,并提出了将所提出的模型整合到数字大学模型中的建议。研究成果有助于高等教育机构远程学习建模的主动管理系统的理论和实践的发展。
