The causative agent has been isolated in 91 (61%) of the patients who developed peritonitis. When we look at the order of frequency among all microorganisms isolated, methicillin-susceptible Staphylococci (MHS) 59 (44.02%), methicillin-resistant Staphylococci (MRS) 28 (20.89%), Escherichia coli 12 (8.95%), Streptococcus spp 12 (8.95%), Enterobacter spp 7 (5.22%), Pseudomonas spp 4 (2.98%), diphtheroid bacilli 4 (2.98%), Klebsiella spp 2 (1.49%), Acinetobacter spp 1 (0.07%), a total of 129 bacteria, including five fungi were detected. 摘要

目的:了解我院腹膜透析(PD)患者腹膜炎发病病原菌的分离情况及葡萄球菌对甲氧西林的耐药率。材料和方法:对2009年1月至2020年1月xxxx培训与研究医院肾内科门诊腹膜透析病房194例患者的腹膜炎发展、致病微生物和葡萄球菌耐甲氧西林情况进行回顾性评估。葡萄球菌是最常见的病原体。结果:194例患者中有149例发生腹膜炎发作。在91例(61%)发生腹膜炎的患者中分离出病原体。从检出菌的频次顺序看,甲氧西林敏感葡萄球菌(MHS) 59(44.02%)、耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS) 28(20.89%)、大肠杆菌12(8.95%)、链球菌12(8.95%)、肠杆菌7(5.22%)、假单胞菌4(2.98%)、类白肠杆菌4(2.98%)、克雷伯氏菌2(1.49%)、不动杆菌1(0.07%)共129种,其中真菌5种。葡萄球菌对甲氧西林的耐药率为32.18%,是最常见的病原菌。结论:有必要对大患者群体进行研究,以显示腹膜炎的病原体及其耐药谱的变化。关键词:腹膜透析,腹膜炎,甲氧西林耐药
