Scientific novelty concludes in the formation of key ideas of the electronic students’ portfolio based on the understanding of requirements of Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education for the results of mastering educational programs. They are the formation of general cultural, general professional and professional competences. Practical significance. 摘要

本研究的目的是描述在实现联邦国家高等教育教育标准(FSES of HE)的条件下形成学生电子档案的主要问题。方法。有关课题的科学文献的理论分析监督现代俄罗斯大学中学生电子档案形成和维护程序的现有做法。结果。阐述了电子学生档案形成中存在的主要问题;给出了解决所描述问题的一些方法。科学的新颖性体现在理解联邦国家高等教育标准对学生掌握教育项目成果的要求的基础上,形成学生电子档案的核心思想。它们是一般文化、一般专业和专业能力的形成。现实意义。研究成果将成为系统组织学生在整个大学学习期间电子档案创建和维护过程的理论依据;研究结果可以成为方法论发展的基础。
