For comparison purposes, zinc phosphate cement (SS White) was also employed. Fifty upper pre-molar human teeth were selected, embedded in epoxy resin, and divided into 5 groups of 10 elements each. After cementing, the specimens were submitted to thermocycling at 5°C, 37°C and 55°C, and later subjected to tensile tests in a Universal Kratos testing machine. The results obtained were submitted to ANOVA, showing statistically significant differences (5%) between the distinct conditions studied. Regarding the teeth without reconstruction, we verified improved results of Ketac-Cem when using polyacrylic acid. The teeth reconstructed with Vitremer did not show significant statistical difference between the two cementing agents. 摘要

本研究的目的是评估用Ketac-Cem (ESPE)玻璃离子水门栓胶结金属冠的抗拉强度,在经过和未经过40%聚丙烯酸处理的牙齿上,以及用Vitremer (3M)离子水门栓重建的牙齿上。为了进行比较,还采用了磷酸锌水泥(SS White)。选择50颗人上前磨牙,用环氧树脂包埋,分成5组,每组10个元素。胶结后试样分别在5℃、37℃和55℃下进行热循环,随后在通用奎托斯试验机上进行拉伸试验。得到的结果进行方差分析,显示不同研究条件之间有统计学显著差异(5%)。对于未重建的牙齿,我们验证了使用聚丙烯酸时Ketac-Cem的改善效果。用Vitremer修复的牙齿在两种胶凝剂之间没有显著的统计学差异。植牙面重建不影响金属冠的固位力。
