Approximately 20%–50% of COVID-19 patients have such symptoms as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, as well as SARS-CoV-2 RNA detected in their feces. Therefore, investigation of the virus effect on the gastrointestinal tract and its commensal flora is important not only for research purposes, but for clinical practice, since patients with COVID-19 demonstrate both qualitative and quantitative changes in their microbiome. The latter may serve as a basis for the development of additional probiotic therapy for gastrointestinal lesions in COVID-19 patients. Despite the existing evidence, it is still necessary to clarify the effect of the intestinal microbiome on the pathogenesis of coronavirus infection and the disease course. 摘要

本文综述了相关的科学文献,分析了肺肠轴及其与冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)、感染引起的胃肠道病变以及微生物组状态的关系。大约20%-50%的COVID-19患者出现恶心、呕吐和腹泻等症状,并且在其粪便中检测到SARS-CoV-2 RNA。因此,研究病毒对胃肠道及其共生菌群的影响不仅对研究目的很重要,而且对临床实践也很重要,因为COVID-19患者的微生物群发生了定性和定量的变化。后者可作为开发针对COVID-19患者胃肠道病变的额外益生菌疗法的基础。尽管已有证据,但肠道微生物群在冠状病毒感染发病机制和病程中的作用仍有待阐明。关键词:COVID-19,冠状病毒感染,微生物组,肠道微生物群,SARS-CoV-2,益生菌,益生菌治疗
