Alli kilkay, apuntes críticos acerca de la ortografía del inga

The article reviews the «Inga alphabet unification» adopted in 1991 under the direction of the Musu Runakuna organization after a participative process. These observations are made from de use of this system in the «Colegio Bilingue Aborigenes de Colombia» of Yunguillo, Mocoa, Putumayo, based on phonological and philological considerations of the Quechua writing tradition and didactical issues. The article proposes an alternative to start a debate on the basis of the current orthography.  It argues that while political agreement for the use of the language is determinant for its adoption, there must be a linguistic argument to support it.
