Consequently, the indirect influences between the independent variables (leadership styles) were also indicated. Perceiving the significance of organizational commitment as well as job satisfaction and positive moods from the empirical results, public leaders are able to establish their own appropriate strategies and policies to improve organizational performance in the public sector. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨越南公共部门领导风格、员工工作满意度、积极情绪与组织承诺之间的相关关系。采用偏最小二乘结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)进行定量分析。在越南南部7个省份的公共机构工作的457名受访者接受了问卷调查。研究发现,三种领导风格(任务导向、关系导向、变革导向)直接预测员工的积极情绪,但只有任务导向和变革导向的领导风格直接影响员工的工作满意度。进一步的关联也被证实,包括积极情绪和工作满意度对组织承诺的积极影响。因此,也指出了自变量(领导风格)之间的间接影响。从实证结果中认识到组织承诺的重要性,以及工作满意度和积极情绪,公共部门领导者能够制定适合自己的策略和政策来提高组织绩效。此外,本文将为公共行政的进一步分析提供基础,因为这篇论文是越南公共部门的第一批领先的学术研究之一。
