HOW COVID-19 HAS CHANGED THE MANAGERIAL PROCESSES IN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS
The article presents data from a survey of employees of private and public organizations to identify the most significant organizational changes that occurred as a result of introducing new digital and non-digital practices, and to evaluate their effectiveness.
